29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 5, 2013, two employees were observed working on the top-plate and outer edges of the framed house under construction. Employee(s) were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than six feet. Eduardo Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313500274, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 22, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1941 Shryga, El Paso, TX 79936.
