At the site, employees were exposed to stuck by hazards from flying nails and debris, in that, while using nail guns and circular saws to cut ply wood and attach the fascia to the second story of the house they did not wear eye protection. On or about 12/04/13. The Burgos Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 909994, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (08/05/13), with respect to a workplace located at 1053 White Peacokc Ln, Riverview FL,.

At the site, employees were exposed to a fall of 25 feet, in that ,while attaching the fascia on to the roof of a two story dwelling they were not using fall protection. on or about 12/04/13 The Burgos Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 909994, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 10523 White peacock Ln, Riverview, FL.
