29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(iv): Space within the spray booth on the downstream and upstream sides of filters was not protected with approved automatic sprinklers. a. On or about December 09, 2013 the Production Manager had been spraying wood cabinets with flammable "RPM Wood Finishes Group, Inc." E-Z Vinyl Sealer in a metal construction spray booth which was not equipped with automatic sprinklers. The employer, Southern Craftsmen Associates, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or its equivalent, contained in OSHA inspection number 891100, citation 1, item/group 1/b, issued on 06/28/2013 and affirmed as a final order on 07/25/2013 with respect to the workplace located at 420 Hosea Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.
