29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a.  On or about December 11, 2013, at the south side of the building, two employees using pneumatic air nail guns to install roof trusses were not wearing eye protection, exposing themselves to being struck by flying debris or nails.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     a.  On or about December 11, 2013, on a 6:12 pitch roof, an employee doing hip bracing work was not protected from a 17 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.         b.  On or about December 11, 2013, on a top plate, an employee doing framing work was not protected from a 9 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.    S.A. Robinson Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313877490, citation 01, item 01, issued on July 1, 2010, with respect to a workplace at 11772 Carolwood Ln, Jacksonville, FL, 32256.  The final order date was July 23, 2010.
