Robinson Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313877490, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 23, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 11772 Carolwood Lane, Jacksonville, Florida, 32256. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. On or about February 3, 2014, on the second floor, an employee standing in the window sill measuring an area above the window to install framing components was not protected from a 13 feet 2-inch fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. b. On or about February 3, 2014, above the rear porch, an employee pulling plywood from the ground level to the roof of the porch was not protected from a 9 feet 10-inch fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. c. On or about February 3, 2014, on the roof, employees working around an unprotective hole that was not protected from a 15 feet 8-inch fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.
