Robinson Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 951793, citation 01, item 02(b), issued on March 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace at 12212 Woodview Drive, Jacksonville, FL, 32246. The final order date was March 27, 2014. 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step: a. On or about April 14, 2014, on the north side of the residential house and on the top plate of the 2nd floor, an employee was using the top step of a 6-foot step ladder to access the upper plate while install exterior wall board, exposing himself to a fall hazard. b. On or about April 14, 2014, on the south side of the residential house and on the 2nd floor, an employee was using the step next to the top step of a 6-foot step ladder to install exterior wall board, exposing himself to a fall hazard. c. On or about April 14, 2014, on the south side of the residential house and on the 1st floor, an employee was using the step next to the top step of an 8-foot step ladder to hand up exterior wall board to another employee, exposing himself to a fall hazard.
