29 CFR 1910.107(e)(2): Bulk storage of portable containers of flammable liquids was not kept in a separate constructed building or cut off from the spraying area in a standard manner: a) Koken Manufacturing Company, Inc. @ 1631 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, St. Louis, MO 63106: On and before December 13, 2013, the employer did not ensure that the Number 3 Spray Booth contained no more than one days worth of material. Five partial gallon containers of Sherwin Williams paint and stain were present inside the booth beneath a work bench. All containers were marked with Flammable Pictograms. This condition exposed employees to a fire hazard.

The flammable adhesive, Adbond 8388-1, residue was observable in the Number 2 Spray Booth, which had accumulated over multiple work shifts. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards. b) Koken Manufacturing Company, Inc. @ 1631 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, St. Louis, MO 63106: On and before December 13, 2013, the employer did not ensure that spray booths were kept free from accumulated wastes.
