29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous:    a)  Jobsite located at 35 Rivermoore Ct, Pooler GA - On or about January 10, 2014, the employer allowed an employee to use extension cords throughout the job site without a ground pin.  The extension cords were used to power double insulated hand power tools such as, but were not limited drills, and circular saws, exposing the employee to electric and shock hazards.
