29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       (a)   On or about January 10, 2014, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 13 feet, while installing a new roof without adequate fall protection. The employer did not enforce the use of a fall restraint or an arrest system nor did the employer implement an alternative fall protection plan to address the fall hazards. Employees were wearing safety harnesses but were not anchored to a rope grab system, lifeline or to an anchor system.    Rendon Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 592423, citation number 1, item 1 and became a final order on September 7, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 310 5th Avenue, Lyons, CO 80540.   Renden Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 106654, citation number 1, item 2 and became final order on October 31, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1620 S Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80232.
