29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about May 26, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11.6 feet, while installing a new roof without adequate fall protection. The employer did not enforce the use of a fall restraint or an arrest system nor did the employer implement an alternative fall protection plan to address the fall hazards. Rendon Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1095347, citation number 1, item 1 and became a final order on December 10, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6324 Harvest St., Aurora, CO 80016.
