29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: Jobsite: On, or about, 01/16/2013 employees engaged in roofing work on a low-sloped roof of a structure greater than 6 feet in height from the lower level was not protected by a guardrail system, net system, or personal fall protection exposing the employees to a fall of approximately 95 feet. The Delta Tyler Waterproofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 31542471, citation number 1, item number 6(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 12/26/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 85 Brainerd Road, Brighton MA.
