Working levels on scaffolds were not fully planked thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. Jobsite: scaffold at the front of the building. The scaffold was not adequately equipped with guardrails thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 30 feet.
