29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) M&M Department - M&M Machines: Employees were observed wiping down spinning chucks of the M&M machines. Machines 1 and 2 of the 10 machines have no functioning safeguards Reflek Manufacturing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 897617, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1403 Blairsbridge Road, Lithia Springs, Georgia.
