29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting respirator is fit tested prior to initial use, whenever a differenct respirator facepiece (size, style, make or model) is used, and at least annually thereafter. On or about 23 January 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees assigned respirators were fit-tested prior to initial use and annually there after; a. Where a new employee was provided with a respirator for use prior to being fit-tested. b. Most recent fit-tests were conducted in May and June of 2012, for 13 employees authorized to use respirators.
