29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:  a) 475 Sixth Street, Cedartown, GA - Production Area - The employer did not implement a lockout/tagout program to protect employees performing maintenance on equipment such as, but not limited to punch press, bending press, bush press, band saw, cranes, lasers, grinders, cranes, hoists and other equipment in the production area.  The Missouri Machine & Plow, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903763, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 10, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 475 Sixth Street, Cedartown, Georgia 30125.
