29 CFR 1917.26(d)(2): Stretchers were not kept in close vicinity of the vessel and/or positioned so as to avoid damage to the stretcher. a) Barge Area - On or about 2/6/14, the stokes basket was located approximately 400-500 feet away from the barge when work was occurring. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
