29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared:   For employees performing welding activities inside and outside a structural iron chamber on the east end of bay 2 on or about 03/20/14:  a.  Employee 1  was exposed to continuous noise levels at 94.42% of the Action level (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA) during a 449 minute sampling period on March 20th, 2014; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 31 minutes not sampled.  b.  Employee 2 was exposed to continuous noise levels at 102.7% of the Action level (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA) during a 480 minute sampling period on March 20th, 2014.  c.  Employee 3 was exposed to continuous noise levels at 90.4% of the Action level (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA) during a 472 minute sampling period on March 20th, 2014; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 8 minutes not sampled.
