29 CFR 1910.160(b)(5): Hazard warning or caution signs were not posted at the entrance to, and inside of, areas protected by fixed extinguishing systems which use agents in concentrations known to be hazardous to employee safety and health: (a) OIT Building, US Border Patrol Casa Grande VMF, 9480 W Adams Rd., Eloy, AZ 85131: On or about 7 February 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to post warning or caution signs at the entrance door and inside the room of the server/network system which was protected by a fixed extinguishing system (dudecafluoro-2-methylpentane-3-one), which is hazardous to employees upon activation with heat or fire, exposing employees to hazards.
