29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Vehicle Repair Area, U.S. Border Patrol VMF, 9480 W. Adams Rd, Eloy, AZ: On or about 6 February 2014 and at times prior thereto, the wall-mounted eyewash station was not maintained in a sanitary condition and the solution was not dated and replaced per manufacturer's requirment. Lead-acid batteries are stored and charged in the vehicle repair area.
