Items such as bags, containers, bundles, etc., were not stored in tiers and stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse.     On or about February 13, 2014, and at times prior thereto, storage racks located in the packing warehouse had damaged vertical upright components. Employees were exposed to falling objects and struck-by hazards created by potential structural failure and collapse of storage rack systems.     a. Row 1 Damaged Diagonal Brace at the end of the short row near the Packing Warehouse Exit.     b. Row 1 Damaged Vertical Upright Footing near the Packing Warehouse Exit and Entry to Flour Storage Area.     c. Row 1 Damaged Vertical Upright Horizontal Brace located at end of Row 1 near the warehouse.    d. Row 7 Damaged Horizontal Beam.
