29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: 100 block of Steiner Rd., Lafayette, LA: On or about February 18, 2014, the employer failed to ensure that the working level of the scaffold was fully planked. Employees were working from the second level of a fabricated frame scaffold on a working platform consisting of one 2" x 10" plank. The gap between the planking and guardrail supports were approximately 28".
