29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a. In the silos area, flyash had accumulated up to and over an inch on the floor and other horizontal surfaces; the area had not been cleaned of the material. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).

29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a. In areas such as, but not limited to, the precipitator buildings, fourth floors, 1c, 1d, 2c, 2d, and the upper floors of the SCR buildings, especially the north stairwells, bird waste was deposited and covered the floor, handrails, and other surfaces and equipment. The areas were not maintained clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).
