29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.    a) Building E and G - On or about February 14, 2014 employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on the roof of building E and G without fall protection.  The On Top Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315785501, citation number 02, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 11737 Beaverton Drive, Bridgeton, MO 63044.  The On Top Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315653279, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4111 Avery Lane, Bridgeton, MO 63044.
