29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard:    On or about February 26, 2014, and at times prior thereto, employees were working on an oil rig site. The employer failed to ensure that the walkways were free of obstructions which could create a hazard in the following instances:    1. On the rig floor, there was a floor panel that was sticking up approximately 2.5 to 3 inches.   2. On the west end of the site, some of the metal suitcases had their doors bent up between 1 to 2 inches.  3. A small flap opening, on the mud pit floor, to fit in hoses was popped up approximately 1 inch.    These conditions created several trip hazards for employees.
