29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, Section 3.3.6. which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6.    On or about March 12, 2014, and at times prior thereto, portable gasoline containers and liquid petroleum gas cylinders were stored next to each other in the flammable material storage trailer. This condition exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.     Industry Consensus Standard: The Compressed Gas Association CGA Pamphlet 1-1965, Section 3.3.6 states: Do not store cylinders near highly flammable substances such as oil, gasoline or waste.
