29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks shall not be driven up to anyone standing in front of a bench or other fixed object. a) On or about 3/7/14, in the dock area, a forklift operator operated his forklift in a unsafe manner while another employee was standing and walking next to him in an enclosed trailer and on the loading dock, exposing employee to a struck by hazard. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
