On or about March 7, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working from the 8/12 pitched roof installing the plywood sheeting was exposed to falls of approximately 11 feet due to the lack of fall protection.    Springbuck Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 280098, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 13, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Sterling Ridge, Lot #3, Orland Park, IL.
