On or about June 5, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations were not provided training on how to minimize fall protection hazards, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with falls.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 a. On or about June 5, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential sheeting operations, twelve (12) feet five (5) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. The Springbuck Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 961637, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 08, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 16524 Timber Trail, Orland Park, IL.
