When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic is a possibility, precautions against such damage shall be taken:    a)     On or about March 07, 2014, at the worksite, the employer did not ensure that the large liquid petroleum tank was barricaded from traffic, thereby exposing the L P tank to potentially being struck and damaged.
