29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a. Located at 1930 Morning Song Road in Marysville, Ohio: On or about February 12, 2020, the employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from fall hazards while performing framing work from the second and third floors of the multi-unit apartment building, thereby exposing subcontractor employees to approximately ten to twenty foot fall hazards. b. Located at 1960 Morning Song Road in Marysville, Ohio: On or about February 12, 2020, the employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from fall hazards while performing framing work from the third floor of the multi-unit apartment building, thereby exposing subcontractor employees to approximately twenty foot fall hazards. c. Located at 1880 Welsh Place in Marysville, Ohio: On or about February 12, 2020, the employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from fall hazards while performing roofing work from the third story roof of the multi-unit apartment building, thereby exposing subcontractor employees to approximately thirty foot fall hazards.
