29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Jobsite located at 14 Bartenura Road, Lakewood NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet to the ground below while using harnesses without being attached to an anchor point to complete the Fall arrest system while installing a new roof on a commercial building under construction, observed on or about 02/27/2014.
