29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about March 13, 2014 a Siemens, model M3040B1200 208/120 VOLT breaker panel had a sink 9 inches directly in front of the door preventing it from being completely opened. The panel was located in the rental trailer and exposed workers to an electrical hazard.
