29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: On or about October 18, 2016, a leased travel trailer to Horizontal drilling company with tag No. TT0042GE installed at Sendero Rig No. 16 was not grounded. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards. Genco Energy Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number # 890935, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Rig 8, Coyote 48, Well No. 1, 26.9 miles NW of Fort Stockton, Texas, 79735.
