29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:      (a)  On or about March 18, 2014, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while operating the Jorgensen Conveyor and Strippit 1500H, located in the Machine Shop under the following conditions:        1. The cabinet powering the Jorgensen Conveyor, located in the Machine Shop had inadequate strain relief.         2. The cabinet powering the Strippit Machine, located in the Machine Shop had inadequate strain relief.       Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
