29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. [63 FR 33450, June 18, 1998]  1). During inspection on 4/9/14 it was observed the eye wash/ shower station provided for quick wash/ rinse of body or eyes did not have water available to the eye wash portion and there was a 55 gallon barrel of caustic chemical stored in there blocking access to the shower. This exposed any employee needing to rinse caustic chemical spilled or splashed on themselves to not be able to wash or rinse it off themselves. Causing chemical burns to exposed areas of the body. There were three employees working in the area of the chemical wash area.

On 4/22/14 samples were collected from the dock and production floor that contained lead in the form of dust particles. Exposing all employees to lead dust is hazardous to their health. The lead was found in dust on the floor, in dust above door ways and dust on machines and work tables.

Exposing its employees to hazardous chemicals that they possibly didn't understand what health or safety hazards may be present and the information present in the Safety Data Sheets and or the warning Labels of these chemicals.
