29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: (a) Zook Interiors LLC, 6510 Market Place Way, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania - An employee working in a Genie s-60 aerial lift did not maintain a firm standing on the basket floor of the area lift, on or about March 24, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
