29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) Zook Interiors, LLC - On or about June 29, 2014, an employee working from on top of a storage container more than 6 feet above ground level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
