29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) Jobsite - 35 Erick Road Lancaster, PA - On or about November 2, 2023, during the construction of a new commercial building, an employee was working from a JLG 660SJ aerial lift basket where drywall scrap debris was not cleared from work areas and accumulated in the basket floor. No abatement certification required.
