On or about March 25, 2014, on a 6:12 pitch roof, employees working near the edge were not protected from a 8 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. The Jasper Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314770249, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 3236 Robert Circle, Gretna, LA.
