Cox St. in Pontotoc, MS - On or about April 2, 2014, employees were exposed to combustible dust fire and explosion hazards due to the employer's failure to protect the outside dust collection system that includes conveying systems, cyclones, and storage trailers with adequate venting, suppression, and isolation devices or systems.     (b) 106 S. Cox St. in Pontotoc, MS - On or about April 2, 2014, employees were exposed to combustible dust fire and explosion hazards due to the employer's failure to provide permanent grounding and bonding of the outside storage trailers subject or the accumulation of static electric charge.
