29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about April 1, 2014 at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations approximately 11.1-12.3 feet above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d). Romero's Exteriors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 912406, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on August 21, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 2420 Sharon Ct. Naperville, IL.
