29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about April 7, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a 17-foot fall hazard while walking exterior top plates during the setting of floor joists in the vicinity of 3680 42nd Street South, Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313121295, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 15, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at Van Buren Street South and 33rd Avenue in Fargo, North Dakota.
