29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about June 30, 2015 for employees exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet while framing a wall at or near Winter Show Road West & Second Avenue SW in Valley City, North Dakota. Note: Dietrich Construction, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 966560, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/17/14, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of 3680 42nd Street South, Fargo, North Dakota.
