29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Residential jobsite: On April 11, 2014 and at times prior thereto employees performing roofing activities on an eight in twelve pitched roof, wore fall protection harnesses but were not attached to the rest of the fall protection systems that were in place. The fall hazards ranged from nine to fourteen and a half feet. Madison Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 473899, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at The Pines, River Park Lane, Boise, ID 83709. Madison Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313355448, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 3003 Cadet Lane, Boise, ID. Madison Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313352866, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 7, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 3330 West Grace, Boise, ID.
