29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2): Warning line systems did not consist of ropes, wires, or chains, and supporting stanchions erected in accordance with (f)(2)(i) through (f)(2)(v) of this section: (a) 780 N Ten Mile Road, Meridian, Idaho 83642: On or about February 24, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer set up a warning line system using caution tape which does not have minimum tensile strength of 500 pounds; it was not flagged and/or rigged to prevent sag. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
