Employees performed decking and installed flooring on the second story without the use of fall protection.  Employees were exposed to falls of greater than 6 feet to the ground level below.  Jose Rangel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908060, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order June 27, 2013 with a final abatement date of June 11, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at or near 4516 Kalli Drive in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
