29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: a) Building Systems, Inc. / 130 West 4th Street, Erie, PA: On or about April 17, 2014, employees did not receive training on the requirements noted in the 29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1) of the Hazard Communication-2012 Standard by the December 1, 2013 deadline. Employees work with and around chemicals including but not limited to diesel fuel, glues/adhesives, drywall materials, paints, concrete/mortar, and fuel gases for cutting.
