As a result, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.    b) Facility: On or about July 28, 2014, the storage of fire extinguishers did not conform to the requirements of the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 requiring cylinders to be secured against falling. As a result, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM.
