Employees had to walk along the concrete edge and the tank edge, over piping in order to gain access to the platform, occurred on or about 3/21/2019.  NOTE:  THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.

Compressed air shall not be used for cleaning purposes except where reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. and then only with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment.
