29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) Back Yard - On or about 04/28/2014, siding mechanics were exposed to a 13 foot fall from the platform of a pump jack scaffold which was not fully planked between the scaffolds vertical uprights. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
